Reddit Roast
See how a subreddit would react to your product. Simulated, for fun.
What this tool does
Shows how a subreddit's regulars might react if you posted your product there tomorrow: eight simulated comments, from fans to cynics, then a plain summary of the real criticism underneath the jokes.
Pick the subreddit, such as r/SaaS, r/startups, r/Entrepreneur, r/webdev or r/SideProject, and the roast takes that community's usual tone and complaints. It reads your live page first, so the criticism is about what your page actually says.
Frequently asked questions
- Are these real Reddit comments?
No. Every comment and username is made up by AI for fun, based on your page and the subreddit's typical tone. Nothing is posted to Reddit.
- What is it useful for?
Spotting the weak points in your positioning before real users do: vague claims, unclear pricing, jargon and promises the page does not back up. The summary at the end pulls these out.
- Why does the subreddit choice change the roast?
Each community cares about different things. r/webdev picks at the tech, r/SaaS at pricing and differentiation, r/startups at the business model.
- Is it free, and do you store anything?
Yes it's free. We ask for your email before it runs. We do not save what you paste or the result. To write the result, your input is sent to the AI model that powers the tool. We keep your email, so we can send you occasional emails about Geograph (unsubscribe anytime), and a record that the tool ran.
