Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sync Inc Ltd, the UK company that operates Geograph. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use Geograph.

Geograph monitors public Reddit activity in the communities you choose, drafts replies and articles for you, and audits your website for AI and search visibility.

Geograph never posts anything on your behalf. Every reply and every article is a draft that you review and publish yourself.

You are responsible for everything you publish, including drafts that originated in Geograph. Review each one before it goes anywhere.

You must follow the rules of any third-party platform you post to, including each subreddit's own rules. Geograph surfaces those rules to help, but the final judgement and the account are yours.

You agree to provide accurate information about your product, and not to use Geograph for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

Reddit, search engines, and AI providers are independent of us and set their own rules, which can change without notice.

We are not responsible for action taken against your accounts by those platforms, including removal of content or suspension.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and begin with a 7-day free trial that requires a card.

Founding member rates are locked for the lifetime of a continuous subscription at the tier you joined. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the rate available at that time applies.

We reserve the right to change our prices for any plan, including founding member plans, with reasonable notice. A price change never applies retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

Each plan includes 15 article credits per month, plus daily limits on reply drafts and audit re-runs. These limits protect the service and are set out in the product.

Failed or errored generations never consume a credit.

Articles may include contextual links to other members' sites, and their articles may link to yours. Placement depends on genuine topical relevance.

We do not guarantee any particular number of links, any particular linking site, or that a link will remain in place.

Search rankings, AI citations, domain authority, and traffic depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, timeline, or ranking.

Anything we say about typical timeframes is an estimate, not a promise.

You keep ownership of the information you provide and of the drafts Geograph produces for you. You are free to publish, edit, or discard them.

We keep ownership of the Geograph platform itself, including its software, prompts, and branding.

We work to keep Geograph available and reliable, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level at this stage of the product.

We may change or discontinue features. If we make a material change that affects you, we will tell you.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect losses.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that puts the service or other members at risk.

If we close your account without cause, we will refund any period you have paid for and not used.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country you live in.

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and tell you by email if the change materially affects you.
